Join Rhythm & Motion and Dancers' Group, in partnership with Yerba Buena Gardens Festival and ODC and dance in the 2026 San Francisco Pride Parade!
This year we will highlight the parade's theme, "Resistance In Action,” and express the undiminished spirit of San Francisco as a global leader in the fight for LGBTQ+ liberation and fundamental human rights. Our contingent will include dancers of all ages who together will demonstrate this theme through the joy and power of dance!
This is your chance to dance loud and proud through the center of the city alongside your friends, teachers and fellow Bay Area dancers. Come be a part of our multi-award-winning "Dance with Pride" contingent, which has wowed the crowd year after year. We would LOVE for YOU to join us!

The Mission will be alive with Carnaval festivities this weekend, which means parking near ODC is likely to be busier than normal. We recommend allowing extra travel time when coming to class. And while you’re nearby, don’t miss the Carnaval Grand Parade on Sunday—many of your R&M instructors and fellow students will be participating. Scroll down for more details!

YBG DANCE DAY IN HONOR OF CONSUELO FAUST
In partnership with the Yerba Buena Gardens Festival, this year’s free Dance Day event at Yerba Buena Gardens on October 11 will be a heartfelt celebration of the life and legacy of Consuelo Faust, founder of Rhythm & Motion. In the spirit of her belief that anyone can dance, the day will feature free, all-level dance classes, live music, and a special music and dance performance honoring her vision and the core mission and values of R&M.
INSTRUCTOR PERFORMANCES
Catch R&M Director Dudley Flores, and teachers Aimee Rose, Katie Clay, Clara Adams and many other R&M dancers from our community dancing in SF Carnaval's Grand Parade on Sunday, May 24. San Francisco Carnaval is the largest multicultural festival in the West Coast, bringing together San Francisco's Latino, Caribbean and African Diasporic traditions.
