DANCE WITH PRIDE TUTORIAL VIDEOS ARE LIVE!
We are currently 150+ dancers and volunteers strong for this year's Dance With Pride contingent...and there is always room for more! We would LOVE for you to join us! Registration is open through Friday, June 19.
If you're on the fence, check out the three routines we'll dance along the parade route on our video tutorial page, or come to our FREE rehearsal this Thursday, June 18, 5:45 - 7:45pm at ODC. This is your chance to celebrate and advocate for the LGBTQ+ community through the joyful power of dance!

FIRST-EVER R&M DANCE WERK-OUT DRAG CLASS
A huge THANK YOU to Nehemiah Aldrich (Michellyn Starr) and Jess Bozzo (TOXXXIN) for hosting and teaching Rhythm & Motion's first-ever Dance WERKout drag class this past Sunday, June 14. We are SO GRATEFUL to the dancers who brought their energy, inner divas and full selves to make class EXTRA in all the best ways. Check out our Instagram recap of the day.

DANCE WITH R&M OUTDOORS
Celebrate summer's long days by dancing outside with your favorite R&M teachers!
Join us Saturday, June 20 at 4pm for our monthly FREE outdoor R&M Fusion class at beautiful Noe Valley Town Square.
If weekday dancing is more your vibe, our Wednesday noon classes at Yerba Buena Gardens are in full swing! Note that classes on 6/17 and 6/24 are at Jessie Square (across from Yerba Buena Gardens).

Ephie (World Premiere) is a new dance work by Dragons Dance/Erin Yen exploring human interconnectivity and the nervous system’s role in dissociation from the modern world. Created in collaboration with a practicing neurologist and the dancers, Ephie asks, ‘what happens when we turn up sensation and embody the world of our brains?'
