Sasha Eisenpress (she/her)
As a life-long dancer and musician, Sasha is hooked on embodying movement to rhythm, and knows few better places to live that out than in a bumpin' Rhythm & Motion class. Combining technique and alignment with even more soul and joy, Sasha seeks to create an environment where her students can come together to nail the steps, make mistakes, play, discover, and know themselves.
