SF Ethnic Dance Festival tickets


One premiere center orchestra seat on opening night of the San Francisco Ethnic Dance Festival at a discounted price just for R&M students and their guests. ($40 + $1.50 processing fee)

Tickets will be available for pick-up at the front desk at ODC School at 351 Shotwell Street , SF) from July 1 to 13. If you are unable to pick up your tickets in person, please email info@rhythmandmotion.com to make alternate arrangements.

Join us for the 40th anniversary of the glorious San Francisco Ethnic Dance Festival. For the second year in a row, Rhythm & Motion has reserved a block of premiere center orchestra seats at a discounted price just for R&M students and their guests. Let’s gather together to celebrate many of the world music and dance forms that inspire us every day in our Rhythm & Motion classes.

San Francisco Ethnic Dance Festival Opening Night
Saturday, July 14
War Memorial Opera House

7 PM  Rhythm & Motion get-together in the Opera House bar
Socialize with fellow students, meet new friends, and grab a drink before the show.

8 PM  Opening night performance

  • Leung’s White Crane Lion & Dragon Dance Association – Chinese Dragon Dance
  • Nunamta Yup’ik Eskimo Singers and Dancers – Alaskan Yup’ik Eskimo
  • Parangal Dance Company – Philippine Folkloric – Meranao
  • Sandor Diabankouezi – Congolese Traditional
  • Te Pura O Te Rahuraʽa – Tahitian ʽŌteʽa and ʽAparima
  • Ye Feng – Chinese Contemporary
