Are you an experienced dancer interested in sharing your passion and skills with a wider audience? Do you believe that the joy, art and ritual of dance should be accessible to all? Join our movement!
Rhythm & Motion Dance Workout incorporates the music, movement, skills and techniques of dance from all over the globe and places the in a fun, fast-paced, welcoming and sweat dance workout experience. Through these classes we create positive vibes, build community, and introduce people to the world of dance through the lenses of both the instructor and Rhythm & Motion’s 40-year legacy.
Audition to join our teacher training program, which provides:
Individualized attention and mentorship to help amplify your unique teaching voice
Effective teaching techniques that emphasize accessibility and inclusion
Access to our extensive library of music and choreography
Support from a dedicated, vibrant community of like-minded dance artists and teachers
Ongoing teaching and marketing support after you graduate
Dancers who are new to teaching will learn how to organize the knowledge intrinsic to their body and effectively articulate it to a class. Experienced teachers will refine and develop an even stronger skill set for classes they currently teach.
Those accepted into the Rhythm & Motion teacher training program will undergo intensive training in December (dates to be announced soon) with veteran instructor Rebecca Setziol and Artistic Director Dudley Flores, followed by independent study and then a graduation class.
